About
I am a graduate of the Counselor Education and Supervision doctoral program at the University of Nevada, Reno - a CACREP accredited program. While attending school full-time, I was employed as a counselor at Western Nevada Colleges, followed by employment as a tenure-track counselor at Truckee Meadows Community College.
Following completion of my academic requirements (ABD) I accepted a position at Grand View University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor and the Clinical Director for the School Counseling program. While at Grand View I successfully defended my dissertation, entitled "Entrapment in Higher Education".
I received an offer of employment from Arizona State University to serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor and the Training Director for the new Master of Counseling Online program beginning in Fall 2024.
